Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Ensure the fire pit is unused and securely placed in its original crate or box with all protective padding to prevent transit damage.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized items.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
